We ordered a play set from Vuly and whilst completing the purchase we were advised we could pay for someone to build it for us prior to Christmas. After completing the purchase and paying, we were then advised there was no one in our area to complete the install despite them having our address. We managed to locate someone to complete the install but upon opening the boxes there was parts that needing replacing which the installer advised we were not the only ones having to do this. We advised Vuly straight away and they advised the part would be shipped to us straight away. 1 week later we received a message to say they’re shipping the parts and it’s now 3 days before Christmas. Overall it’s been a really poor experience. Our kids can now play with some empty boxes instead on Christmas Day. Thanks Vuly!

To this date Vuly has been very helpful through our little adventure of buying our kids the perfect tramp. Our order has been shipped and will arrive in time before Christmas. We are pretty excited to see this trampoline in action. Thanks vuly

Was good impression to start with(sales calls), then turn into uncertainty due to shipping(warehouse dispatched it with out proper tracking detail), anxiously waited for 3 extra days, boom product arrived in time before the long weekend, after whole day messing around, my wife is really happy with our Max pro C2, wait, did I just say wife?? Honestly this is probably the best grownup backyard playset we have ever bought. It it's not winter, my 5 years old intends to move into the cubby right away. Great product.

Got the Vuly Ultra. Great trampoline and excellent customer service. Quick turnaround and delivery; new safety mesh sent as soon as the defect was reported. Kids love it. Would buy a bigger one next time!

Encontré a esta empresa, que son los distribuidores de Vuly Trampolines, muy serviciales, puntuales y orientados al cliente. Proporcionaron la información necesaria para que pudiera tomar una decisión informada de acuerdo con mis necesidades. La entrega e instalación se realizaron con el mínimo de molestias. Definitivamente los recomendaría.
