I have only had a handful of massages before, but this one by far was the best. Molly did a great job of making me feel comfortable, and the massage was wonderful! I will definitely get another one in the future!
The stylist did not seem confident in what I wanted and told me to touch up my grey hair then highlights would leave a band (I’ve never had that issue with any other hairstylist). This made me uncomfortable, so I ended up getting highlights to the root- but left with gray hair that I came in with to fix- for a $200 service. I explained to her at the end of the service that I didn’t like it because I still had the gray hair poking through all the highlights And she said that it would help blend it in - doesn’t fix it. Now I will need to look for a person who can fix this.
Came from out of town for an event and needed my hair done. Tranquility Salon & Spa was quick and easy to book with. A very clean and comfortable space. Everyone was very nice. Lauren did an awesome job styling my hair! She was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job making sure I was getting what I was looking for and making me feel comfortable. Thank you for making my experience and hair so great!!!
I came in for a haircut with Sydni and she was incredible! She understood my worries and concerns. Helped me get comfortable with my haircut since I have not had it cut in over a year. Styled it beautifully and gave me some really excellent advice on styling it for low maintenance. I will definitely be going back!
Super disappointed with our experience. Our hair is cut uneven. My daughter’s highlights are so brassy. There’s a two inch gap on her highlights that was missed. There is bleeding and spotting. We said 3 inches off would be okay and I had to run out to car came back and it was like she cut 6 inches off. So ok decided she could live with that but then all the other stuff. Paid 185 for all this and I could have done better myself. I would not have gotten my hair done if I didn’t think my daughters looked better but she left to go shopping. I will not return. My daughter cried herself to sleep. Added the following 1-28-2025. Only way to comment was on here by editing my original post. There was no one to complain too. Just the stylist and one cashier when we left. Melissa and Teagan Fowler. Not sure how you don’t have me on your system. Paid most in cash then some on my debit card. Booked it under my name and you sent this review to my phone number.
