Just picked up my shiny clean car.☺️ Had a antifreeze leak. Phat, got it all taken care of. His mechanics did an awesome job inside and outside of my car. I am so happy with the service. 10 out of 10! 🤗
Charging too much. They quoted me $600 for my repair. But another company fixed it for $200.
I had a repair on my 4Runner through insurance and he helped me through the whole process and arranged the rental car. He was super helpful, honest and my car looked amazing and also super clean!
This is the best mechanic and auto body shop I've ever found. My front bumper got ripped off when I was parked on the street and my neighbors gave me their insurance info. so I could get it replaced. I contacted Uptown Auto initially, and they took weeks to search for a new bumper and then told me they couldn't find one. So I called TranStar Auto and Mike told me to bring in my car right away and he could fix it immediately. I did and they not only replaced the front bumper on my old Chevy Prizm 2002 so that it looks new, they cleaned my car inside and out and fixed the problem with my interior smelling like exhaust for a few hundred dollars in addition, when another mechanic had told me that I'd need a new catalytic converter that would cost thousands. They made me love my old car again and I'm so happy that I found a mechanic I can trust.
TranStar Auto Body is the definition of GREAT QUALITY WORK. From the initial estimate all the way through completing the job. You know you are in good hands when you have TranStar Auto Body work on your car. From body work all the way through mechanical work. It almost feels like I have a brand new 2015 Honda Accord when I picked up my car after repairs. Thank You !!! I will be back for more repairs if ever needed!
