I was having a problem with setting my alarm when I was away. I spoke on the phone with Brian who walked me through a workaround. Then he came out to find out what the problem was. He found it very quickly and replaced the battery in my sensor. He was very kind and helpful.
We used the services to prepare for an inspection nad had no idea what they may find or need to repair. The team was honest, grounded a few plugs, brought them up to code and did not attempt to oversell me knowing that I needed their help to pass the inspection. They were kind, spoke to me in terms I could understand. That was greatly appreciated.
Transtar installed my Generac home generator 9 years ago and it has performed perfectly. Each year Transtar performs an annual preventive maintenance on it. I have been very pleased with not only the generator, but the excellent service Transtar technicians have provided.
