Had my doubts about TPM at first while conducting my research about property management companies since it was my first rodeo, but after through research and meeting with Jon and the Team in person, my perspective change and I definitely made the right decision in having them manage one of my properties. They go above and beyond to make sure were in good hands. Always very communicative, professional, very helpful and very patient. When there's issues or questions that I need answered they always a have solution. They'll take their time out of their day to address the issue in an efficient and timely matter even when you stop by the office. Would definitely recommend Traverse Property Management for anyone out there for their real estate needs.

The team at Traverse are wonderful at managing so many different moving parts in the rental industry. We've seen these guys make life better and easier for people getting into the place they need and staying there! Jen, Lisa, and Ozvaldo & Traverse property Management Team are fantastic, hard working, and so helpful with anything you need. My Fiance and I are newly engaged, so our home means so much to us! My Family and I are so very happy with our entire experience. We plan to stay with the TPM Team for a long time! Ozvaldo The Handyman, helped us fix what was needed to be fixed inside and outside our home. Quickly, efficiently and with great communication. I highly recommend The Traverse Property Management! Ashley Anderson 9/22/25 UPDATE: 10/16/25 We have had some issues with the maintenance side of things. Good and bad: Good - They are quick to help! Bad - The jobs done since my review have not been done properly or professionally. Hoping this changes asap. TPM is great, but the companies they are sending to fix serious issues with our home are not doing a job well done. I always ask myself at the end of jobs, would you want this done in your home? Does this work properly for the residents? I feel this has not been done on their end. Update: 10/24/25 - We have now gone through a terrible experience with TPM unfortunately. We are now paying almost $500 on top of our rent due to plumbing build up we didn't cause whatsoever. We had an expert plumber come out and look at our issue first before TPM - as there is no physical way we could have caused any of the issues we have seen from day 1 move in. We are very sad about this, as we were so pleased with TPM. Because I'm a women, they blamed me for the YEARS of built up plumbing issues. I read my Lease carefully, and it does state we would be charged if there is evidence that we caused it. They have no evidence this is the CAUSING issue. This is simply pre-existing issues of rotten build up for years! Ozvaldo came out to our home and said "We have NEVER cleaned out this septic plumbing system here EVER." I kindly explained my case, and have only been getting LATE FEE emails about the charge we had JUST 10/22 received information about. It's 10/24/25. Praying things get better. Read your lease carefully. BE AWARE.
Traverse Property Management did an outstanding job helping my family rent out our rental property. Within just a month of listing, they had secured a reliable tenant, which is something we truly appreciated. Jon and his team were incredibly communicative throughout the entire process, always keeping us in the loop and addressing every question or concern promptly. Their professionalism and follow-through were top-notch, and they delivered on everything they promised. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and efficient property management team.
