The most courteous and professional moving service I have ever used! I want to praise Sal and Kwame for taking great care with my antiques and piano. I recommend Triumph highly to anyone moving in the Tidewater VA region!
Sal and his men did a wonderful job. Great care and professionalism was used when moving a piano. I was so impressed with the knowledge they have on how to move things.Properly without damaging it.
We called Triumph to move our 50+ year solid wood piano up to the second story loft in our new home. Our original moving company (4 men) could barely move it out of our old house (Down 5 porch steps) into our new homes zero entry first floor. They also damaged it. I started calling other piano moving companies to price the piano move up the stairs. Some wanted to charge a $300 trip charge plus moving costs.. Sal, Kwan(sp?) and Marcus arrived on time and took great care in properly preparing it for the trip upstairs. They communicated logistics and plan with each other throughout the move. I wish I had called Triumph first to handle my original move...I know I wouldn't be dealing with trying to get damage repair costs covered on multiple pieces of furniture and paying a second time to have out piano moved. They worked quickly and professionally. They did a fantastic job!
Triumph Moving & Storage exceeded all my expectations! I heard about them from my Realtor, who told me about one of her clients who was very particular about their move. And the client was totally satisfied with Triumph. As a retired serviceman, my family and I have had 10 moves with the US Navy, and things didn't always go well. So I was looking for a respected and reputable moving company for my last move (local) into a new home. Sal and his excellent crew were most professional and courteous. There was absolutely no damage to my household goods or home. And when the weather forecast for the next day was rain, they worked extra hard into the evening to complete the move that day. I could not have been more pleased. The quoted rate was spot on and I added 10% to express my gratitude for a job well done! If you want a move done right with professional movers, I highly recommend Triumph Moving & Storage!
Lovely experience! Piano arrived in perfect condition, and much care was taken to get it to our floor and into place. Prompt response - I called for a quote and was offered a slot the very next day for a great price. Rebecca was very helpful as we worked with the previous owner to arrange pickup and drop off, and it all happened within the proposed time frame. Would definitely recommend - thanks for helping me get music back into my life!
