Would love to give this place 5 stars just for the nostalgia factor since my grandma was a massive hallmark fan but unfortunately the prices are insanely high. Hallmark, make your pricing more realistic! This does not reflect the staff or the store. They are very welcoming and so incredibly kind.
Im sorry. But I will no longer be shopping at Trudy's due to certain things they sell there. I won't elaborate any further other than I find it offensive and goes against my beliefs.
Great store! The staff were very friendly and helpful without being "overly helpful". Very diverse collection of gifts and cards for every occasion.
Stopped by there to get some Valentine cards and birthday cards. A young man & young lady at different points reached out to see if I needed assistance & the lady at the cash register was very personable.
What a great experience! I came in looking for a Mother's Day card and they had so many options. Hallmark is truly superior in their special occasion cards, and they even had lots of gifts you can buy around the store. Everything just felt so nice and cozy. The staff here was also excellent. So nice, so kind, and they made me feel like a truly valued customer. They even wrap your gifts. I didn't regret signing up for their rewards membership either. What a lovely place to come to if you're ever in need of a gift.
