Roy was fantastic! He was so kind, arrived at the time he said he would and when I told him I had a meeting in 30 minutes he checked in with me right before it started and finished up. It was so nice to have friendly, reliable service and still be able to go about my work day at home with no interruption.
Very Professional and Knowledgeable. The technician Jeff took the time to listen to the issues and not just give me prices and push a sale or contract, it wasn't about the money but solving the problem. I wish more businesses was like his. Jeff could teach other companies the value of customer service.
Roy is awesome! He came within the specified time so we weren't waiting. He was super friendly, explained what he intended on doing and the order he'd move around the property. He was also sure to note that the product was safe for my son and pets. He wore shoe covers before entering and spoke to everyone. He answered questions thoroughly and had no problem reviewing previously communicated info. Will definitely request again.
Roy provided absolutely outstanding service. He is professional, punctual, and incredibly funny too. He is thorough in his application and always pays great attention to detail. He is also respectful of our home, using shoe covers and cleaning up after himself. We see a massive improvement after each application and feel so much more comfortable in our home.
