We do not make up front appointments without officially signing on as a client and having a retainer in hand. To see if we would be a good fit for one another, please provide the following information: Do you need tax preparation services for 2024 or 2025? Do you need tax preparation services for one year or many years to come? Is your LLC a separate business entity tax return filing (i.e., partnership – Form 1065, S Corp – Form 1120S, etc.) or is it a Schedule C, Sole Proprietorship, filed with your personal return? FYI The minimum tax return fee for a business return (i.e., partnership, S Corp, etc.) is $850. Please describe the tax issues you need help resolving. Have you worked with a tax professional in the past or self-prepared? When do you typically have your documents ready and/or file your tax return? Attached is our new client engagement letter. Called to request service (an extension) and Angelica was very short. I understand it's tax time, but she almost rudely told me they weren't able to help me now and didn't indicate when they might be able to do so in the future. Basically, they aren't interested in any new business.

Rachel from Tucson Tax Team helped me complete my taxes. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Mi esposa y yo hemos estado tratando con Mona durante bastante tiempo y hemos quedado plenamente satisfechos con su profesionalismo y con su capacidad para asegurarse de que nuestros impuestos se hagan correctamente. En un caso, hace un par de años hubo un contratiempo relacionado con traspasos de IRA que el IRS interpretó erróneamente como retiros. Mona nos aseguró rápidamente que el problema era del lado del IRS y que ella se encargaría de todo por nosotros. También ha sido de gran ayuda para guiarnos en la dirección correcta para la planificación patrimonial.
