Kennedra is AMAZING! I booked a 60 min massage with her and my only regret was not booking a longer session. I told her I needed more of a pain relief massage instead of a typical relaxing one. She 100% understood and gave me exactly what I requested. Her draping was professional, she used firm pressure (my request!), and it felt like a sports recovery massage. I can tell she used advanced techniques that aren’t typical. I really did leave feeling better and will definitely be back. If you’re looking for a highly skilled/technical therapist who listens and helps you feel less tension, I def recommend Kennedra. My only complaint is that the waiting room was noisy and not relaxing. There was a guest talking on the phone and two other people having a loud conversation. It did not have a relaxing spa vibe. Please consider putting up signage to encourage a phone-free, quiet environment in the waiting room. Also consider drapes to separate the check-in area from the waiting area.
I did the DMK Healing Facial with Jessica and it was the most relaxing, wonderful facial I've ever had. Tulum Wellness is gorgeous on the inside, it feels like a mini getaway. I love the skincare, it's been a gentle switch for my sensitive skin. My skin has already calmed down, so I can't wait to continue my facials and utilizing their clean skincare. I've also had a few massages, brow tint and wax. Highly recommend 👏🏼
From the moment I walked into Tulum Wellness Spa, I knew I was in for a treat! ✨ The interior aesthetic is absolutely stunning. Calm, beautiful, and so thoughtfully designed that it instantly relaxes you. It truly represents the brand to a T. I started with the complimentary salt room (my first time ever!) and WOW such a rejuvenating experience. Not only did I feel refreshed, but I could literally feel the difference in my lungs and skin. Such a special touch that sets this spa apart! Next was my massage with Sandra, and I cannot rave about her enough. From the beginning, she took the time to ask thoughtful questions to tailor the session to my needs. The massage itself was an absolute 10/10, but what really stood out was how she shared knowledge about my body and muscles along the way. She even gave me simple post-massage care tips and body maintenance routines to keep me feeling my best in between visits. That extra care and attention made all the difference. Overall, my experience was excellent from start to finish. Between the atmosphere, the salt room, and Sandra’s expertise, I left feeling lighter, calmer, and cared for. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and yes, I’ll be signing up for a membership! If you’re looking for a spa that blends beautiful design, thoughtful wellness touches, and true professionalism, Tulum Wellness Spa is the place. 🌿💆♀️
I cannot say enough amazing things about Juli. This was my first time in Tulum, visiting from the Windy City, Chicago, IL. Juli was outstanding, she made me feel completely at ease from the moment she introduced herself and greeted me. She was so gentle with my skin, took the time to really listen to what I wanted, and walked me through every step of the process so I felt confident and informed. Not only is she incredibly skilled, but she also made me feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for. My results are exactly what I was hoping for — natural, beautiful, glow and perfectly suited to my face. I felt like a face lift without surgery or harsh chemicals! Very organic! They use high end products and everyone is very knowledgeable and passionate about products and service, even the front desk. I am beyond happy and will absolutely be referring everyone I know to Juli. If you’re considering a facial she’s the one to trust! I am fifty looking thirty! How amazing is that, thank you Juli.
I had a fabulous experience with Juli at Tulum Wellness Spa today! I got the Luxe Lift Facial, lip treatment, and lymphatic drainage—and couldn’t be happier. Juli was kind, attentive, and took time to discuss my skincare concerns with thoughtful suggestions. Her touch was perfect, and she made me feel completely at ease. I especially appreciated her deep knowledge of products Tulum offers and her techniques. I left feeling refreshed and more informed about caring for my skin. I’ll definitely be back!
