Turnover painting is the one. After dealing with several shady companies finally I met Damon! His crew was very polite and professional! They showed up when they said they would! Cleaned up after themselves. My wife is extremely happy! For the price of a complete interior repaint you can’t find better!
I own several rental properties and Turn Over Painting is my go-to painting company. They are very responsive, flexible and I'm usually able to get on their schedule very quickly, which saves me money on lost rent while a unit is sitting vacant. I can always count on them to do a quality job at a reasonable price.
We met Damon at a home show a couple of months ago. After talking to him for a few minutes I knew I was interested in having his company paint our exterior of our house. I asked an approximate cost after a brief description of my house and he actually gave me one. Shortly after we set up a time for him to inspect the house and get a firm quote. His quote was spot on but I added 16 interior doors so it really would have been less than his original estimate. His team prepped the house and painted all the trim on day one. They painted the main body of the house on day two as well as a few touch ups on the trim. On day three they painted the 16 interior doors and frames. I can’t say enough good things about Damon and Turn Over Painting. I already discussed another job with him and gave his contact info to two family members.
BEWARE! I used this company 3 years ago to paint the inside of my home where they did a perfect job so of course I used them again to do the exterior of my whole house only to be very disappointed and over charged. I was promised 3 guys would do the job but only had 1 painter painting. The trim on my home needed to be scraped, patched and painted. Was promised 2 coats of paint only to realize after I paid my balance that the trim was not done as expected and the whole job was rushed. The paint after only a few days was peeling. Damon promised to come back and do it again but never did. They did not put any of my patio furniture back where it belonged when done and left a lot of paint chips all over my grass and rocks. that I am still picking up. I would not recommend this company as he has too much work and not enough laborers and rushes thru all the jobs quickly to collect his money. *** OWNERS RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW IS ALL SHOW. HE TEXTED ME ONLY TO SAY HE WOULD TOUCH UP OVER THE ALREADY BAD JOB HE DID WHICH WOULD NOT CORRECT THE ISSUE. REFUSED TO ACTUALLY DO THE TRIM WORK CORRECTLY AS PROMISED. ALSO HE HAD 1 PAINTER AND 1 PREP GUY ON THE FIRST DAY TO COVER UP STUFF BUT ONLY 1 PAINTER THRU OUT WHEN I WAS PROMISED 3. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
We had seen Turn Over Painting paint several Park models in our Park and everyone was pleased with their work so we called them to get a bid on painting our "new" to us double-wide home in a different park. We had planned to paint it next winter, but decided to get it done now. Damon came out within a couple of days of our call to look over the job and give us a bid. He answered when we called him, was very patient dealing with first-time customers and very accommodating. On the first day the house was pressure washed, all of the windows and trim were taped off and the siding was painted. On the second and final day the siding was covered and taped off and the trim was painted. The crew was very patient and answered all questions in a very kind way. They were very receptive to any concerns, changes and little add-on requests. Their main concern was that the job was done well, done right and that we are happy with the final product. The job was completed beautifully in two days. It was an amazing transformation. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. See the attached before, during and after photos.
