Gosh, I truly can't say enough great things about Two Maids! When it comes to letting someone else clean my house, I am super particular, and I also really have to trust a company to allow others into my house when I am not home. Fortunately, we found Two Maids, and they never disappoint! They not only meet our expectations, but they continue to impress us every single time. We have them visit at least once a month to do a deep cleaning. Hiring Two Maids as our go-to cleaning service has changed everything for our household!
I just had Tatianna & Kimberly deep clean my house and they did a fantastic job. They were also extremely polite and respectful and communicative. They showed up on time and my house is sparkling clean! I will definitely be signing up for a monthly service. Also, before having my house cleaned, I spoke with Alyssa before and after my cleaning to make sure they had all the details beforehand and to make sure I was satisfied afterwards, and she was extremely nice and informative. I am 1000% satisfied!
I am updating my 5 star review as we recently were dropped from 2 Maids as a client. This happened via text with no explanation. We had to call to force a conversation with the owner all for him to tell us that due to "complaints" from cleaners on "multiple occasions" and even the accusation that our children were left unattended during cleanings, that they could no longer clean our home. Mind you we started services with Two Maids in 2022 and there was ZERO communication made with us that there were any issues. It flabbergasted us, took us by extreme surprise and was a completely inappropriate and unprofessional way to handle our family as a longtime and faithful client. It left us feeling hurt, stabbed in the back and violated. Especially the children comment, which we found out was made due to a cleaner leaving her mop bucket unattended in their gated play area. Our son had crawled to it and knocked it over. The cleaner apologized and said they used non chemical cleaner and we told her it was totally OK, life happens. Apparently it was not and instead of us being upset about the situation, they filed a complaint on us. Long story short, if you have kids in diapers or need some extra help due to a busy schedule I DO NOT recommend this company. They will string you along to take your payments, increase their fees while decreasing their quality of service, not communicate with you if there are any issues, then cancel you with a vague text and try to defend themselves by stating that the cleaning was not up to "their standards" due to client negligence. I hope, due to our experience, they will make some changes and management will take accountability. The cleaners themselves were, or at least seemed to our faces, very polite and friendly, and we were very appreciative, at the time, for the help they provided us.
I had the deep clean service today. I was here as the wonderful three ladies worked on my house. They are very knowledgeable about what products to use, their eye for detail was amazing. My house looks like a new home. Anyone wanting to start the New Year with a clean house, reach out to Two Maids Anaheim.
Best experience I have had with a cleaning service! Brianna, Adriana, and Maylie did the most fantastic job deep cleaning my home today! I was home the entire time working remotely, and the girls were extremely kind, thoughtful, and respectful. I was not sure if I was going to keep the monthly package and now I definitely am, and will only be requesting them! My home feels brand new, and I could not be happier!
