Worst service die tyre change. They replaced all the tyres and 10 mins later i got to see low pressure warning. Turns out they didn't even bother to fill upto the minimum pressure needed. A week later went for re-torque. And they faked the whole process. No one took my car in for re-torque or performed it outside. 15 mins later, they returned the keys and said it's done. It can't be more dangerous for the car owner
The engineers are highly skilled and professional. However, the counter service loses points for being unreasonably biased and unprofessional, with no follow-up or updates provided to customer after placing an order.
Superb. 4 x tyres for Tesla fitted with ease at scheduled appointment. Completed well within the 1hr appointment window. Visak and his team are professional and courteous. The only issue I had was ordering via the website. I could not do this, so had to visit in store to make payment. My tyres had £80 off for four, so very pleased. I’d I use Costco again without question. Team were knowledgeable about EVs, and specifically Tesla cars.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else, highly recommend to anyone. The guys working there are always top notch, down to earth & polite. Only tyre fitters I’ve ever experienced that wipe the lube off the alloys, make sure you’re happy with their work before you go & work on your car as if it was their own. All I would say is that some of their policies are a bit weird but that’s down to Costco not them!
The two gentlemen we met at this place saved our holiday trip. Coming from Germany with our caravan we had a flat tire due to a nail. It happened very close by to the shop and it already was late (all other shops were already closed). They made the impossible possible. Directly looked after the car, tried to fix the tire but wasn’t possible due to the size of the nail. So got a new tire for a very good price. Service was perfect, very friendly and customer oriented. They helped us without appointment and long discussions, 30 minutes later we were back on the road enjoying our holiday. You are the best.
