I was out running errands and didn't realize I had missed the repair techs message. Gavin was nice enough to call and wait a couple minutes for me to get home. He repaired my screen in no time! Great service!
Gavin is an extremely pleasant young man. He gave a call because he was able to come out earlier than scheduled. Which was absolutely wonderful and fit right into our day making our evening plans occur earlier. A win win for all 😁 He was able to fix the screen with no problems phone is as good as new working fabulous. Thank you Gavin sir we appreciate you.
Went to this place recently for the first time to get my Samsung phone fixed and the young man Dalton who served me was outstanding! While waiting for my turn, I observed that he was always offering better cost-saving solutions to customers. Anyway, my phone wasn't charging and I suggested to Dalton that the integrated battery might have died and need to be replaced, which would have been expensive. Dalton, who showed expert diagnostic skill, was skeptical, and after running some tests, he deduced that the battery was fine and the problem could be a far less costly one (it turned out to be a loosen charging connection to the battery). The phone was good and ready within a couple of hours and the fix didn't cost much. I was truly impressed.
Gavin was our repair tech and he was excellent. Quick and prompt repair, and he came to us. Phone looks great, and I didn’t have to drive to Winston Salem. Gavin messaged me to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and had the phone fixed in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!!
Location on Stratford Road easy to get in! Great customer service. Cameron wall was an excellent technician who served my knee well and kept my cost down. I’d recommend this organization to anyone who has need info on electronic repair related to those gadgets
