Jordan fixed my laptop within the same hour! I had gone to Best Buy and they gave me an estimate that it would take about 4 weeks to fix my charging problem which was insane. He was super amazing and understanding. Thank you!!
The ubreakifix at 3510 Connecticut Avenue provided great service, repaired my Galaxy screen in less than 2 hrs, then brought in my wife's phone, and they provided a new battery in short order. Jordan and Candice did a great job. Friendly, expert and accommodating.
I’m happy with the ability to schedule online and know the battery would be available before walking in. I was pleased that all was done on schedule. One comment-the person at check in (but not the person at check out) did not have a very can-do persona, could use some training in how to greet customers and present an assured sense that the place has the equipment to do what it had scheduled me for two days in advance. He seemed to demand I agree to pay even while saying he wasn’t sure the part (a battery) was in stock. His attitude left me worried this wasn’t going to work out well. Fortunately, all did turn out as promised.
I would like to give a huge shoutout to Candice for her excellent service. She fixed my phone quickly it looks, and works new again. She was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly. I couldn’t be more happier with her service.
Candice was extraordinary, providing incredible service and generosity of her time as well as expertise! Her knowledge is tremendous, as she was able to navigate and fix a multitude of issues with my phone while also providing me with invaluable technical assistance. I told her the world needs more Candices! I brought my Samsung Galaxy phone to her to repair. There were immense functionality and data processing issues with it and she was able to resolve all of them and fully repair my phone. While I was there, a number of satisfied customers came in to pick up their repaired phones and computers and everyone sang Candice's praises! There is nobody who I would trust more than her to work on and repair mobile phones and computers. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in my life! Thank you very, very much Candice!
