I have had 2 service repairs. Each time I I was helped they were polite listened and helpful. Over all a five star experience..sometimes people in front you need more help then you so please if you do have to wait remember when it’s your turn they give you the same curtesy to your time.
I had my phone worked on, iPhone, it was a simple fix, but I was stuck! Brian took 10min to straighten my phone out and got me on my way! Place was fairly busy, 5 min wait, not bad! Great job Bri! Yer all good guys!
My iPhone 11 Pro Max screen went completely black, after having other issues with the phone, Verizon was unable to help transfer my data from my old phone onto my new iPhone 17. Verizon recommended contacting Ubreakifix. I highly recommend bringing any devices needing repair to this store! I was helped right away, without an appointment, by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The staff members all worked very well together as a team and you could tell they genuinely care and want to help. They put a temporary screen on my phone and helped recover all my old data onto my new phone. They were very thorough in their explanation of a few different solutions to the problem. They went to work right away and checked in regularly with me, updating me on the progress. I had over 15,000 photos to recover so it was a wonderful relief to have all my memories back. I also purchased the insurance for my phone and household appliances, for a very reasonable price. I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend anyone to use their services!
I had a great experience with this place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. They helped me remove some faulty batteries from my phones and disposed of them quickly. If your batteries have swelled and you're worried about disposing of them safely, this is a good place to get help. Thanks again!
