Wow. We can’t say enough about how great our experience with as Ultimate Canine and our trainer, Joe. He took our puppy from unruly to trained in two weeks and provided our family with the skills we needed to make our home happy with our puppy. Daisy has learned the basics and so much more. She can sit, stay, place, heel, recall, walk and more. Our family already loved our dog but now we can truly enjoy having her in our home as a beloved member of our family. Joe is the BEST trainer! Ask for him if you can!
I highly recommend Joe Cruz - Ultimate Canine for training. He came to my house, because I wanted to train her where we live. It was very beneficial to be shown and taught what I needed to do as well as my pupper. Joe is great and Mocha Latté absolutely loved him. Towards the end of her training, we went to places that I would be going with her occasionally. This has really helped when we go there now, she knows just how to behave. I would recommend Joe to everyone I know.
I highly recommend Carissa as a trainer. She did at home sessions for our newly adopted shepherd mix puppy to help jumpstart her training. After just a few sessions we have seen massive improvement on things like recall, jumping up, and mouthing. She is easy to work with and very good at explaining what she is doing and why she is doing it.
Ultimate Canine was recommended by my breeder. I did some research & finally decided I would try Ultimate Canine for basic training for my new puppy. They exceeded my expectations. Joe Cruz is absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough great things about him. Not only did I come away with a trained dog, but a better understanding of my dog’s behavior & how to communicate with her in a way that she understands. I decided on private lessons & we had a mix of lessons at the facility, at my home & out in public to learn how to handle my dog in various distracting situations. I feel much more confident as a leader for my dog. He even helped me with my 10 year old dog that would bark nonstop at anything passing by on the sidewalk. He absolutely blew my mind at how quickly he developed a rapport with my older dog who is absolutely terrified of strangers. Joe went above & beyond in spending time explaining things & working with me in a way I would understand. I never felt rushed or never felt like he was in a hurry. He spent extra time with me despite having a full schedule multiple different times. He truly cares about people & their dogs. It shows in everything he does. I also wanted to thank Rebecca & Jared at the front desk. I spoke with them initially & I know I was very sleep deprived & feeling very overwhelmed with a new puppy. Thank you for being so patient with me as a figured out what kind of training I wanted to pursue. We might get another puppy next year & I will definitely use Ultimate Canine if we do. We are very thankful for trainer Joe Cruz and the staff at Ultimate Canine for their excellence. Joe helped our 3-y/o beagle, whom we rescued in May, take huge leaps forward with his obedience. Our beagle came to us with little to no formal training. We brought our boy to Ultimate Canine for for a 2-week Stay & Train. Our goal was to help him gain confidence and security and learn basic obedience. Mission accomplished! As a professional trainer, Joe was responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, experienced, and caring. Joe was willing to spend the time with us to explain what our boy was learning and how to continue his training at home. Further, the front office staff at Ultimate Canine — including Jared, Rebecca, and Aaron — was very helpful arranging the Stay & Train and helping us feel comfortable with the process. Ultimate Canine is not the least expensive game in town. And you get what you pay for. The lasting results with our happy beagle boy are worth every dime. Thank you, Joe and team! Excellent!
