I’ve had a great experience with Kenzie so far! I went in for my first laser treatment in the bikini area. It was daunting, but felt at ease after my consultation with Kenzie. My first session was quick and easy, and rather painless. Y’all, I had the best results! She mentioned results could vary, but I definitely saw 20% reduction of growth in the first go. I’m an ideal candidate with dark hair and fair skin, but even I was shocked by the results! I’m so mad that I waited this long to do this. With their new client special and amazing staff, you really can’t go wrong with Ultimate Med spa!
I've been a client at this spa for a few years and in the last 6 months or so I started having appointments with Kenzie. Kenzie is really sweet and professional. One thing which really stood out about my experience with Kenzie is that she is very thorough during laser hair removal treatments. She works efficiently and is timely and most importantly, she's THOROUGH. In other words, the laser "shocks" are not widespread or patchy across the body part, it's close and well connected. Laser as a service is expensive, so it's nice to know that with Kenzie I'm getting my money's worth.
I had very good results with just one treatment of laser hair removal on my face. I came back for a 6 week appointment for second treatment and didn't even have any hair growth so I was told I need to go 2 more weeks before I can get a second treatment since the hair is not there. I was very amazed with the results my skin is so smooth and could not believer I so far have no hair growth on week 6! Kenzie is amazing she takes her time to explain everything and makes you feel very comfortable! Entire team is very sweet and welcoming! Love this place!
I see Kenzie for laser hair removal, and she is absolutely amazing! From the moment I walk in, she makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. She takes the time to explain each step of the treatment, answers all my questions with so much patience and detail, and genuinely cares about making sure I am comfortable throughout the process. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise make every session such a positive experience. Because of how great my results and overall experience have been with Kenzie, I actually look forward to my appointments and feel excited to explore other treatments in the future :)

If I could I would honestly leave her five star reviews every week! Kellye is an experienced and capable manager who knows exactly how to run a business and how to take care of her clients. She recommends the best treatment plan, never wastes your laser sessions and if it’s not the right time, she honestly tells you to wait. She carefully chooses the perfect settings based on your skin tone and skin type to make sure you get the best possible results. The cleanliness, pleasant scent, and relaxing atmosphere of the clinic, along with the perfectly disinfected equipment make you feel completely comfortable and confident every single time. You always leave with a smile! Just compare the prices and atmosphere of this clinic with others in Frisco and you’ll instantly realize how fair, professional, and trustworthy Kellye and her team are. I started with facial hair removal laser treatments, and now I’m doing full body sessions that’s how much I trust Kellye and her clinic! Thank you so much
