I really can’t recommend Ultimo Catering enough. From the very beginning through to our wedding day, everything ran smoothly and the food was consistently great , both in quality and presentation. The service was professional and friendly, and even weeks later people are still mentioning how good the food was. If you’re after delicious food, solid service, and an easy, well-organised experience, Ultimo is a great choice. Thank you guys :)
Harveen and the team at Ultimo were absolutely amazing for our wedding reception and provided a grazing table for after the ceremony. The presentation and quality of the food was excellent and were not the tiny portions or strange ingredients that can sometimes be expected of catering of such a high standard. Their professionalism and particular assurance given to the guests with dietary needs was also highly appreciated. My sister is Coeliac, and she gave the feedback that she felt really confident with the food she was provided due to the way that the team communicated with her. Thanks again Ultimo!
We recently had the pleasure of working with Ultimo for our wedding, and I can't recommend them enough! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect. The menu options were incredible and customizable, making it easy to find something that fit our theme and dietary needs. The food itself was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the appetizers and shared main course. The quality of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and it was clear that a lot of care went into preparing each dish. Beyond the food, the service was exceptional. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive to our guests' needs. They managed everything seamlessly, from set-up to clean-up, which allowed us & our guests to focus on enjoying the wedding without any worries. Communication with Ultimo was easy and efficient. They were very responsive and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, providing helpful suggestions and ensuring everything went smoothly. Ultimo were exceptional for our wedding!! The entire process was excellent in the lead up, Harveen was excellent in responding to our requests and ensuring they were all met. Julian on the day was absolutely exceptional, we felt so well taken care of, nothing was too hard, she personally went out of her way to find us during our photos to deliver us food. She came and found me to confirm all our requests had been sorted at our reception, she also went up to my Mum and introduced herself personally to ensure everyone was well taken care of. I was so impressed, the food was insanely good, and all the bar staff were wonderful! Thanks so much again for making our wedding a day to remember!
Ultimo were our wedding caterers and they were simply amazing from start to finish! Our initial tasting experience was incredible, offering a wide range of options, and the team made us feel at ease with their professionalism and friendly service. On the big day, you could tell the food was prepared with love and care. We received countless compliments from our guests, with many saying it was the best wedding food they'd ever had!
