I found my perfect custom wedding dress at Unbridaled and had the best experience ever with Lizzie! She helped me weed out the various options and put my dress vision on to paper, while finding the perfect designer to be able to create what we mocked up. Lizzie is so positive and always has your back through the process!
I absolutely loved working with Lily and the Unbridaled team. Lily provided me with a really safe space to try on dresses, explore my style, and express my opinion. She had a lot of knowledge about the bridal industry. I felt like she brought so much joy and expertise to the wedding experience! It was so nice to be set up with an online portal and dress selection system. Though I decided with a dress elsewhere, I wholeheartedly recommend shopping with Unbridaled.
Unbridled was my first stop when it came to wedding dress shopping and I was very very close to finding my dress in large part to to Rachel’s excellent service and customization of the experience! We had a change in venue that led me to having a much smaller budget for a dress, but she was great about making the experience special, truly listening, and being attentive to where I was at. Go in and ask for Rachel, you won’t regret it!
Unbridaled was amazing! I bought my dress here and Lizzy was so amazing. I had visited the new orleans location on my post-engagement trip and they recommended going to their austin location once I got home. I honestly had no idea what i wanted in a dress and Lizzy brought me so many things to try on and also let me pick out some dresses from the showroom. She was kind and encouraging. I didn’t feel like I was just another sale to them, it felt like they truly just wanted me to find something I loved. They were also very accommodating for my bridal party that came with me, even though it was a bit more than recommended. They truly went above and beyond and I absolutely love my dress. I could not recommend this place enough!
I recently found THE dress at Unbridaled. My experience there was incredible as the space is so beautiful, the dress selection is jaw dropping, and the service is amazing. Lily was such a pleasure to work with!! I can’t wait to place the order for my dress (not the one pictured). I have pretty particular taste and wanted something unique, which their options catered to wonderfully and Lily really understood the assignment. Truly an incredible and exciting experience. Tears were shed lol.
