This review is only for the management team. NOT the waxers. I’ve been waxing here for over a year and Laura is phenomenal. But the management team will try to rip you off and make up prices to have you pay and add on other services you don’t do. I have recipes of different prices of the same service I’ve been doing for 4 months now. DO NOT get the membership, they are ill informed and unprofessional. They also will not fix the glass door that’s been broken for months now.
I love this location. They always have availability and the staff is super friendly. Facility is very clean .
It was my first time doing the Bikini wax and Laura was amazing. She explained everything before starting the procedure and was very gentle. The place is clean and staff are nice and professional. Highly recommend the place.
The service was excellent. The receptionist needs to go to basic training. She had no manners or clue that she was the front of the house. If I didn’t know the service provider I would not go back.
I had a great experience with Laxmi. This was the first time I’ve ever had a painless wax. She was super sweet and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I’ll continue to go back and book with her.
