I've always had hoof experience here. From anime collab shirts to normal clothes. The staff were nice. Clothes are comfy and cheap
This used to be my favourite Uniqlo store to visit. Today, I brought 12 items to try on and was told only 6 are allowed at a time, which is completely fair and very common. However, when I came out after trying on my first batch, I was told I had to line up again to try the remaining items. I was in the change room for no more than two minutes. I’m an ex dancer so quick changes are my specialty, so it’s not as though I was holding things up. I would understand the rule being strictly enforced if I had taken 10+ minutes, but that wasn’t the case. Yes, the store was busy, but there were only four people waiting. The experience felt unnecessarily rigid and was genuinely disappointing. Did the same thing to my sister and insisted she line up again to try on her remaining singular pair of pants. Terrible customer service and will not be purchasing from this store again.
We went to buy formal shirts for my boyfriend and picked a few different sizes for various styles — different collars, fits (regular, slim), and non-iron options. He wanted to try an S size of a shirt he liked, but the staff in the fitting area kept insisting that all S sizes are the same and that if one fits, they all will. I think different styles fit differently and look different when worn, but it felt like the staff didn’t want to let us try the S size because it was ‘too much effort’ to find one. Very disappointing customer service.
Large store, 3 floors. All clothing is reasonably priced. Store is very clean, items well spaced out. Escalators inside. Children's clothing is downstairs.
Large Uniqlo outlet across three levels. Very good collection of dress items and few accessories across all gender and age groups. Discounts available on select items. A few more staff or assistance would be appreciated.
