I was with this office for 2 years with my daughter, I missed her well child check 3 times all due to severe emergencies, the first two times I had Covid, and yesterday on my way to the appointment my car broke down, I tried to call and let them know, and the First lady that I spoke to was extremely rude and was not clear when explaining that my daughter had been dismissed and can never go back to this location, I called again and a lady named Lisa was really kind about it when I said I wanted to speak to a supervisor and make an appeal, she left a message for the supervisor, Dr. Menzies was my daughters doctor she was always so kind, but they need nicer associates at the front desk, I leave places good reviews all the time, I hate to have to leave bad ones, but this is absolutely unacceptable especially after I explained to them each time why the appointment was missed. This is extremely unfair, and I will be seeing what I can do legally against this company, do not waste your time with this clinic. That one employee ruins the entire mood of this place, and has no empathy or remorse for single mother’s who are broke and trying to do the best they can for their child.
A very good hospital property with excellent signsge and lots of art inside and outside.
If you have a pcp and call to ask if there is another doctor for a second opinion apparently that's not something they do and cancelled all my child's future appointments (I made a years worth) due to "change of pcp". Never notified of anything and now school is starting so they are booked two months out. I'm livid

We love the ladies here ! They truly care about children ! Our pediatrician is amazing ! She is very thorough , actually makes you feel heard , will explain things so families understand and will make sure your in every decision in one way shape or form! Blank children’s is so lucky to have someone like her she is amazing ! If she doesn’t know something she will find the answer ! Tiffany is a nurse there is also so amazing she is very pleasant to work with as well she is compassionate, positive, and hard working ! These ladies are an amazing team and other nurses and doctors we’ve seen have also been great ! But we’re eatablished so we’re partial 😉 but honestly if your looking for something for your children that gives you peace of mind that their healthcare needs are a priority this clinic would be the place to go!
