Had my staircase painted and the work came out clean, smooth, and super professional. The owner personally assured me everything would be done right, and they delivered exactly that — no stress, no shortcuts. Would 100% recommend and would hire again.
Had a relatively small job but it needed to be done right. Jeff was very prompt, communicated well, and went above and beyond. The finished product exceeded my expectations.
Jeff and his team helped refresh our entire exterior paint in September. The scope of work covered fixing/repairing/patching ALOT of old wood rot under the fascia, on multiple door frames, and also fixing some very old dingey paneling on the house. They also did a complete new exterior paint color and refreshed all framing, gates, ect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the experience in working with this team. The quoting process was easy, fast, and very straight forward (a single SOW with a straight forward price). Carlos and the team are so professional, kind, and did a wonderful job from pressure washing, wood repair, painting, and clean up after. Their communication was great, they kept a very clean work space, and were wonderful at communicating daily each step of the process. We will absolutely be reaching out to the Universal team in the near future for upcoming programs and highly recommend them! :)
I am a very happy with the final work product from Jeff and his team. Although I just needed work on a patch, I can tell they were very thorough and it appears that way with the final product. Also, Jeff is very good about communication and coordination. I look forward to continue working with Jeff and his team on future projects.
I recently had my entire home exterior painted, and I have made some considerable repairs to the outside stucco, wood, trim, and more. I could not be happier with the work that Jeff, Carlos, and the rest of the team performed at my home. Universal Paint and Coatings did an excellent job restoring my house to a fresh and cleaner look. I have already received compliments from neighbors. The project kicks off with Jeff performing an in-person evaluation of the job. I received a proposal the same day. Once all was approved, the team came to my home, started bright and early, around 7:00 am, and worked efficiently and organized throughout a full day's work. They do a great job protecting your property by following best practice methods with coverings and techniques. In just five days, the team has completed painting my 3400-square-foot home, including a balcony and patio overhang. I made a good choice by choosing this company, and I'll call them again for other painting needs! Friendly and Professional. Competitive pricing as well.
