We walked in and from the first minute we received great service and attention. Every single person on their team were very friendly and helpful. Our doctor took her time to explain the entire process, options and her recommendations. A great experience from door to door. Highly recommended.
Brandie always listens to what I want and offers solutions. She doesn't try to talk me into things where I wouldn't love the end result, and that is super appreciated. I also use Becca for all my laser work - she is smart, extremely talented, efficient and I love our conversations as we pass the time while she works :) Front desk staff is always welcoming and helpful (shoutout Mia 😉). Can you get services cheaper on Groupon with a random provider? Sure! Do I want to play Russian Roulette with my face? Not so much. All of the staff is highly trained and professional. Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I loved Unmarked for many years, but this last time left a bad taste in mouth. I go for facials and the occasional lip flip, but this last time - the injector pushed products and other areas of my face I did not have a concern with. Never have I asked for either. I pay a high price for services to enhance my beauty - not to leave feeling insecure. I even told Brandi (I believe is her name?) that I did not care as I am only 25. She laughed it off with awkwardness as she probably assumed that I was not falling for her bad business practices and marketing schemes. I will unfortunately never return here due to this experience. Plus, the best injectors and aestheticians no longer work here. Good work is done here, but bad business will not receive my money!
Absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! Everyone I encountered was sweet and helpful. Brandie is an absolute doll and expert at her work. So, so informative, supportive and an excellent listener. I’m looking forward to different, new treatments and a comprehensive beauty plan for me. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Unmarked Beauty! 🩷
I would like to reply. I was sold the membership based on my ZO product purchases. Twice I was told to about the membership when buying product for the discount so I did. So if that is not the purpose you will need to explain that to the front desk staff. You did in fact sell expired products. I purchased the pictured product at the end of July 2025 and its expires 9/2025. This product should not have been sold. I paid $159 for product that will last me a year but expires in one month. And yes you were very rude to me on the phone. You had no regard for my concern and talked to me in a very rude tone. Also the only product I have returned was because you put the wrong product in my order. I order over text. I asked for the brighter with vitamin C and hydroquinone and I got the one with neither. I called to get the right was and was told you did not have it so I brought the wrong one back. I would hardly call that doing me a one time favor when you substituted the product for something totally different and did not tell me. If you would like to make it right I am happy to talk to you but at this point I stand by my review. I would not recommend your place of business. This place is terrible. I joined their club for ZO products. They sold me an outdated retinol cream and when I noticed they refused to replace it. I even talked to the owner and he was completely rude. I now have a $160 product that is expired.
