Games are cool... food is poor... service was poor for the staff that was on hand... lots of staff standing around... long ticket times for dinner time on Saturday dining room only had like 4-5 tables seated... waited an hour appetizers... we will eat before we play next time..
We always come here to play pool and arcade games however today will be our last. I went to order drinks at the bar from a heavier set blonde girl with tattoos who did not look like she enjoyed her job. She made eye contact with me by glaring at me and then continued to walk past me to serve someone else who came up to the bar after me. She then continued to ignore me by walking past me multiple times before I asked her if I could order a drink. She then got extremely confrontational telling me not to yell at her.. I walked away because who wants service from someone like that? And talked to the manager about how rude she was. The manager didn’t seem to care about the situation at all. I asked the manager for the bartender’s name since my husband and I have ordered drinks from her a couple of other times and she’s given us the same attitude. The manager said that the bartenders name was “Miranda” but I don’t know if that’s accurate since she didn’t seem to take us seriously to begin with. Loved this place but we definitely will not be returning after this experience.
This review is for the restaurant. The place is dead on Saturday at 835pm. We havent been acknowledged,no drinks orders nothing. Poor bartender she was the waitress and bartender. Management:what are you doing? The only reason I will return is because the mex burger was amazing! Lol
This place is pretty cool, it's up to date with great game selection. They have so many options here anywhere from bowling mini golf arcade VR games and crazy darts. They're open till midnight every night have a pretty good restaurant. The major setback is the price of all of the options. The food was good not great. But this is a place you're going to have to check out there are some deals throughout the week you might want to see. We did have fun and I do recommend this place.
A great place to spend a fun and entertained evening with your family. We were visiting from out of state and wanted to do an indoor activity that we would all enjoy as family. Uptown Alley was the perfect spot. They had some good deals on Bowling and arcade, we’re a family of five and the kids really enjoyed it. We also had some pizza and tacos, great service, clean restrooms, and options to play. The only recommendation is to have at least two staff members at the counter, we had to wait to get our bowling shoes because the nice girl was trying to help everyone as efficient as possible … we would definitely come back here when around the area!!
