Exceptional service from start to finish. This company is clearly built to handle sophisticated, complex, high-end appliances with the proper care, respect, and technical precision they require. Their organization is outstanding. I was notified when the technician was on his way, and he arrived exactly on time. The technician, Jerry, immediately demonstrated a high level of expertise. He was able to identify the exact cause of the failure within minutes and, even more impressively, had the necessary parts on hand to complete the repairs on the spot. In less than one hour, he successfully serviced my microwave oven, coffee machine, and ice maker. That level of preparedness and efficiency is rare in this industry. Jerry was extremely polite, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely customer-service oriented. He protected my countertops and floors before beginning any work and treated both my home and my appliances with the respect they deserve. Considering the value and sensitivity of these high-end units, I was initially very cautious, but he exceeded every expectation. If you are concerned about who you allow into your home and whether your appliances and property will be treated with proper care, I strongly recommend using only this company. I’m happy to write a very positive review of the very professional experience i have had with Uptown Appliance and my many appliances that were both serviced and repaired. First, they kept their word and did what they said they would do and did so on a timely basis. The workers, Kevin and Héctor, were professionals at all times. They knew exactly what the issues were and while parts had to be ordered, they were able to repair my equipment and get it in good working order relatively timely. They were respectful of my floors and furniture as they worked and left my house as clean as it was when they first arrived. I highly recommend Uptown Appliance and, in particular, Héctor and Kevin.
Hector was great. We had Uptown Appliances out to look at our Sub-Zero refrigerators condenser. They had Hector out within 24 hours and he explained everything wrong, made a quick repair and we were good to go. Great experience as always.

Hector did an absolutely superb job in fixing my refrigerator. Being without a refrigerator for almost one week was an absolute nightmare, but uptown were quick to identify the problem before sending Hector to come in and swiftly fix my refrigerator. I am very thankful for all his help and I will definitely be looking for his services again.
