I can’t say enough good things about Uptown Charlotte Smiles. After moving around quite a bit, I’ve had my fair share of dentist offices where I felt rushed or like just another name on a schedule, so my expectations were honestly pretty low going in. This place completely changed that. Dr. Moore and the entire team are welcoming, personable, and genuinely focused on making you feel comfortable from start to finish. But I especially want to highlight Christina, my hygienist. She is phenomenal. She explains everything clearly, takes her time, and actually engages in conversation, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and human instead of transactional. I always leave feeling like she did a truly thorough job and never once feel rushed. For the first time in a long time, I’m not disappointed after finding a new dentist. Uptown Charlotte Smiles feels inviting, thoughtful, and patient-centered in a way that’s rare. Highly recommend, especially if you’ve ever felt like just another appointment slot somewhere else

I went to Uptown Charlotte Smiles for over seven years before moving to Florida, and I can honestly say they’re the best. The hygienists and staff are fantastic, the office has beautiful city views, and Dr. Phillips is an exceptional dentist. I’m grateful for my time there and would recommend them to anyone.
