My kid loves it. We ended up getting the platinum membership. The only thing I don't like is that there is always a long line to get in and only one person working the front desk. Besides that everything else is A1!.
We came to check this place out but didn't stay, my 5-year-old was a bit scared by all the attractions and on that particular day there did seem to be a lot of big kids present. A couple of things worth noting: You have to buy their socks, they don't allow outside food, and the facility is a bit dark and looks slightly run down. The line for tickets was also ridiculously long, more than 20 minutes, even for people that had bought tickets online. Some of the bathrooms were dirty. We might try another location or this place again in the near. future.
I came to Urbanair in Laurel some few weeks ago and a guy named Onye who works there was the best. We went to ask him if Urbanair still accommodated private rooms since we had not been to Urbanair in over a year. He started explaining how everything works and I had to tell him that I used to bring my 3 kids to Urbanair for an entire year and we paid $69.99 some years ago. He was shocked. I even told him how I had a basketball birthday party for over 30 of my son’s friends for his 10th birthday. He checked and saw it was true. He told us to come back and Urbanair had gotten better. He gave us excellent service and made our stay very enjoyable. He was also very knowledgeable and I asked him if he was the Manager or even related to the CEO, Mr. Tai and he said No. I told him he needs to get a raise because he was soooo convincing and assured us that if we come back, it would be worth our stay. I assured him that we would come back and come back with friends. Thank you Onye for making our stay very memorable. See you soon.
I can’t admit that workers are nice and helpful. And this place is good for kids 10 years and above (there is a go-kart, slum dank zone, dodgeball, sky rider, battle beam), but for smaller kids less fun (tube’s playground, climbing walls and trampoline), because this place is much smaller than the other urban air trampolines we have been and some attractions and machines were even closed/broken.
Employees here are so helpful and kind! Onye at the desk helped us find the best package and was great with my son. There's lots to do here, though you really need a wrist band to do much. They say they're open until 8, but it's really 7:45 that they shoo people out, so plan accordingly. We didn't try it, but there's a restaurant with reasonably priced kid fare. Parents seem to be good about watching their kids. It's safe, it's air conditioned, and it was a fun way to spend our evenings over our vacation!
