Me and my 2 kids have a membership here. Overall it’s pretty great. 2 team members( the guy at the front admissions and Lauren are always fantastic! However the rest of the staff are mostly on the phones and good look at concessions. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to stand and just wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to come take our order. Never really see anyone at the attractions to supervise. Also kids say the ball pit is dirty. But it’s better than most other places around here. I’ll def keep going back but I think management could be better and keep the staff off the phones and pay more attention
My family and I always have a great experience here at Urban Air Southaven. The staff is friendly, the facility is clean, and there are so many activities to keep kids of all ages entertained for hours. From the trampolines to the climbing attractions, everything feels safe, well-maintained, and organized. S/O to the MOD Lennon. His willingness to help out his team didn’t go unnoticed. It’s the perfect place for birthdays, weekend fun, or letting the kids burn off energy. We always leave with smiles and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend Urban Air Southaven to any family looking for a fun and memorable outing!
We had such a great time, the facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty for everyone to do. The kids were entertained for hours, and the energy in the building was so positive. The attractions were well-maintained, and the team did a great job making sure everything felt safe and organized. Urban Air is definitely one of our new favorite places to bring the family. Lennon the manager was fantastic as well. Highly recommend for birthdays, weekend fun, or just burning off some energy!
We always have a great time at Urban Air, but what made our last visit even better was the outstanding service from Jaidon Thomas. He was friendly, responsible, and extremely helpful from start to finish. He stayed busy, paid attention to detail, and jumped in wherever support was needed without being asked. Jaidon also has a great way of interacting with kids patient, encouraging, and professional while keeping a fun, positive atmosphere. It’s rare to see someone that young work with such maturity and dedication. He truly cares about making sure guests are safe, comfortable, and having a good experience. If you visit this location, you’ll see exactly why he deserves recognition. Great worker, great service, and a great example of what excellent customer care should look like! Urban Air definitely earned 5 stars today!
Pretty cool location, all the workers were really nice, better than I expected which was refreshing they also weren't on their phones either. The only actual negative about my experience was my son's cheese pizza seemed old and not fresh, and I didn't really want to ask for it to be made fresh because my boneless wings had already taken a long time... I was hoping they'd have some to-go containers. Felt like they needed 2 workers to help smaller kids on the zip-line obstacle course because my kid was slightly too young to really figure it all out efficiently, so felt like I didn't get my money's worth there. The spin-zone was a definite blast, definitely got our money's worth there... All other attractions pretty on point besides one jump area attraction being broken, should've also had a caution rope around it with a sign because we almost didn't hear the people say it was broken because it's so loud in there... We did have a great time though all-in-all. We went on a Sunday at around 2:45 pm.
