Here is one of my favorite places, we have a full membership. You can go spend hours here. Provides fun for the kiddos and a workout for me. Kiddos get popcorn with membership everytime we go. Its overall a great place. The staff is pretty good for youngsters, indoor skydiving is fun. We even did a whole private vip room for birthday here which is what got my kiddos hooked.
Save your money and go to other reputable venues in Albuquerque. This place is terrible. It’s aged poorly and is clearly not taken care of. The venue was an absolute zoo for a weekend, limited staff, so overfilled with people there is nowhere to watch your child, poorly lit, so filled with people that kids are jumping on top of one another and getting hurt, employees on the loudspeaker every two minutes telling teenagers to to stop carrying each other and conducting inappropriate business on trampolines and in the ball pit area. Staff is standing around without adequate guidance and support. Staff is limited in important areas such as rock climbing and the zip line. The wait was well over 45 mins for any activity. The bathrooms even had a line that exceeded 10 minutes. Most of all I’m disappointed by the immature staff, they are clearly not informed on protocol and policies. Second, because we have had such a terrible experience, we are trying to cancel our membership. We have been hung up on two times by their 1-800 number which we have been told we need to call. Clearly this company is understaffed and lacks adequate support for their employees. We tried taking care of this in person yesterday and the manager stated we couldn’t cancel in the store and had to call. These folks need to be reported to the BBB until they get it right and rectify the situation. How terrible to be waiting on hold a total of 4.5 hours to reach three employees, two of them miraculously hang up on you and the other (local) puts you on hold an additional (going on 30 mins) to try and get guidance from the local manager to see how we can sever ties with this terrible company. There are better and safer options out there. This place is not appropriate for anyone younger than 13.
SIGN THE WAIVERS in advance before going up to the counter. It's pretty light up so much fun for any age and feel free to wear shorts anytime (it can get hot inside or cold for others like myself) any season your body your choice children are safe inside, but they might not want to leave because of all the fun they are having and could possibly throw a fit (throw their shoes) and that's ok you can go back as many times or every day with a membership you get the ultimate pass and it's is worth it the price is right! You probably won't be able to hear your name called out on the speaker because you can get distracted while on the phone or you can't hear it at all. There's also plenty of choices for parties or whatever and you get free popcorn every visit with a membership and 50% food and discount on Parties etc. NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD unless it's fruit salad, dessert, pastries, gift bags, balloons, decor and gifts. Were u pay a bunch of money so you're child can have some fun. Bought some undercooked wings and small hand full of fries. Blaah!!! Served by a bunch of youngsters who don't know customer service
We had a wonderful time at Urban Air! The park had so much to do and was a hit with the kids. I especially want to give a big shout-out to Brandon—he was amazing with helping the kids get set up for the zip line. He was so patient, kind, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. It's always a great experience when the staff go the extra mile. Thanks again, Brandon! Here's a photo of him with my son — such a great moment!
