Coco is the best masseuse I’ve ever met! Perfect pressure(I chose deep tissue/no oil—they usually use oil/medium-hard pressure) and incredibly hardworking throughout the entire session. Such a sophisticated and delicate touch.
Booked a last minute Christmas Eve deep tissue massage with added hot stones and oils - it did not disappoint. I had Jenny - she was fantastic. I was overdue for a massage and she found and worked out every last knot. The spa is clean and quiet. All their oils and scents smell terrific and did not irritate my skin. Booking was easy too and services are very reasonably priced for Seattle. I highly recommend!
I booked a 2 hour Swedish massage with Vickey and she was fantastic! She focused on a few problem areas and I feel so much better! It was a really great experience, and I will definitely book another appointment! Vickey is now my go-to!
I had a fantastic experience at Urban Calm Spa! The spa itself is spotless and truly calming, and they were able to get me in same day, which was such a win. Jenny was wonderful — attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I loved that they offered a hot stone add-on (and even included it complimentary!), and they were happy to switch to coconut oil, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, the pricing is incredibly reasonable for the quality of service — honestly hard to beat. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Urban Calm Spa if you’re looking for a clean, relaxing place with great value and excellent service.
I wish I could give 10 stars. This was the most focused and sincere massage I've ever gotten. I'm just walking out of the session with Coco and I'm thoroughly impressed. In fact, I was so impressed that I extended my one hour session to 90 minutes halfway through. She found pain points that I didn't even know existed and was so concentrated on the task. I've had massages where the masseuse looks so bored and distracted, constantly looking at the clock while doing an abysmal job. Not Coco, she rushed outside when she had to fetch hot stones and hot towel since she was losing time, and went over time by 5 minutes just so she could do a thorough job. Very professional and accommodating, speaks good English and has a big smile on her face all along. I'm definitely coming back, and this time I'm booking two hours straight. The ambiance is so calming, with pleasant music and gentle incense fragrance. Parking is on the street, so beware of that before you come. Overall, a wonderful experience! :)
