I just had an amazing first time experience at this top tier nail salon in Scottsdale! The owner Kelly did my nails and gave valuable insight about her creative steps along the way. She was attentive to small details, and suggestive. I did not feel rushed and she encouraged me to return and they would take care of my nail needs again and again! She said Scottsdale has great customer service, and she is absolutely right. I tried their in-house nude nail color for my fill-in! Highly recommend with a pink ombre, too. Sky is awesome! He pays attention to detail. I am super picky about my shape and he did my shape just the way I wanted. I had a simple design and he did it perfectly! Also Amy gave a great pedicure!
Jordan is the absolute best at what she does! Told her I wanted Morgan Wallen style nails for his upcoming concert! Turned out way better than I imagined! Highly recommend her ◡̈
LOVE LOVE LOVE!! Teresa and Sky are my absolute favorites! So friendly, welcoming and attentive. They always make you feel welcome to share feedback and open to suggestions as needed. The salon is very clean and well maintained with beautiful aesthetics all over. Thank you for giving me a great consistent place to pamper myself!
The first time I visited I enjoyed my services here, however this time I visited I was paired with a different nail tech. I requested full set acrylic Ombre Stilettos and provided a reference photo. My nails took 3 hours only to come out bumpy/uneven and short almonds. My tech was insistent on doing what she thought looked nice over my request. The situation was unpleasant for myself and other clients present, who were very kind and offered to cover my nails when the tech gave no level of customer service for the poor job. I've attached photos of their job and the nails I got redone elsewhere. The service here was $80.
