Had such a lovely experience! Such a nice cut and colour and summer was so sweet. Felt like the first time a hair dresser actually explained the process and why certain colours would/wouldn’t work so I could make a proper choice on what to do!!!x
I had a hair cut and toning appointment with Oceania. Shes lovely and very poliet. She sat down with and listening to me patiently. Looked at the pictures I brought for reference. The toning was beatiful and the color looks flawless. I just just feel that my hair are a bit more dry and knotty after it. For hair cut I had layers done.Altough they look nice, I feel they are very much feathered and thinned out stealing the volume and will need trimming sooner than usual. Oceania has beautiful eye lash extensions and she gave me nice tips and advices how to take care of mine which made mu upcoming holiday quiet relaxing. I am overall satisfied with my visit but I think I need to come for a trim sonner than usual as the hair are quiet feathered out than how I would usually like. Sadly I could not appreciate it at the same time due to the blowdry and all and was in a rush to pack for holiday flight next day. Lots of praise and admiration to Oceania xoxoox
I had such a lovely experience getting my hair done by Summer. She listened carefully to what I wanted and gave me a cut that really suits my face and feels so light and fresh. I have thick hair but she was patient, gentle, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable. I walked out feeling confident and so happy with my hair. Definitely going back to her for my next one. Thank you, Summer!
I had an appointment for my hair colour and haircut with Chad He is great and a real professional. He helped me through everything and made my day fantastic with a beautiful haircut and hairstyle for my birthday I will definitely come back and be a regular customer.
I’m extremely upset about my recent hair appointment. I specifically asked for my roots to be made as light brown as possible, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. I explained to my hairdresser that I wasn’t satisfied with the result, and she called another stylist, Ekam, for a second opinion. The second hairdresser who came over was extremely rude and patronising. She asked if I was a professional and implied that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I responded that I’m not a professional, but they had gotten hair dye all over my face. I have a big day tomorrow, and now look at what they’ve done — not only am I unhappy with my hair, but they’ve also left me looking ridiculous. This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been crying since the appointment. They’ve ruined my big day, refused to help, and in so many words, called me an idiot. I feel completely humiliated by how they’ve treated me and by the state they’ve left me in.
