I was shocked when I went, I used to go see her when she worked at a different place for sugaring. I glad I went to Urban serenity. She does a really good job. Definitely will be going back and recommend her for anyone that wants waxing done. She makes you feel comfortable during your service.

I never thought that having a Brazilian sugaring would be a comfortable experience but here I am posting this exact experience. I can’t say enough about Sheila at Urban Serenity Esthetics. This was the most relaxing sugaring I’ve ever had! Sheila is so gentle. She doesn’t rip aggressively at all. She goes nice and easy- sugaring small amounts at a time. Sheila is so personable and easygoing on top of it all. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience and will be a returning customer.
I've been an OG customer with Sheila for years! I love her attitude, prices and communication. This was my first time getting foot care from her and Omg Amazing! Very thorough. She is also unknowingly, my therapist. I always feel and look better after leaving her establishment.
