Stewart and Lugo are awesome. They helped me get a Window 11 and helped get the stylus to work on it.
Brought in my gaming PC to get diagnosed because I was having a issue with my GPU that I didn't have the equipment to test. They charged me 75$ to update some drivers and clean out my PC which i told them I had already done. They never even tested for the issue I told them I was having. Found a solution on my own. They would be plenty helpful for a boomer who's struggling to hook up an hdmi cable, but I wouldn't go to them with a real PC issue.

Hello friends. I’m writing a review for urban Tech and repair. I just went there the other day to clean off my computer and recycle it. They are very helpful and kind people kudos to Lugo and also Mr. Ebrahim I think I might not have his name correct. But anyway, they are wonderful kind people and if you need help with your computer or anything for that matter Electronically related they have the brains to figure it out Including some photos. It’s right across from Aldi‘s on Emerson so really nearby to where I live as well. I’ll be back and their prices for computers and screens were really low cost. Thank you for an excellent experience and I wish you all the best and I’ll be seeing you soon. I’m sure of that since you’re close to Aldi‘s. And I shop there every week At Aldi’s. The other wonderful kind thing that they did is I have a portable photograph that I couldn’t figure out how to work. They told me I was missing the charger in the package. They gave me a charger. At no cost and helped me to set it up. These are people with great heart to help an old lady like me love them to pieces, urban tech and repair you rock. 🥰
This place is a goldmine for used tech. So many things to flip through and explore with very reasonable pricing. Staff are friendly and helpful, and you can even drop off your old tech for them to take off your hands. Grabbed a MacBook at a steal price that needs some TLC, so I encourage you to drop by. They also have a selection of vinyls and a very cool museum of old tech too.
