I absolutely am thrilled that I switched salons to Urban Texture! Each time I've gone it has been better than the last, somehow surpassing near hair perfection each time. I originally switched to this salon as I love and regularly use Surface hair products, but ended up falling in love with the salon itself. I see Mackenzie as I am a natural dirty blonde and love going blonder. I have seen her several times now and each time she amazes me! I show her a picture and she knows how to get me there. She is honest and real and insanely knowledgeable - I always ask her questions and she answers to educate me on what's best for my hair. This. Girl. Knows. What's. Up. Moreover, she's helped me to explore other options (extensions, at home care and salon treatments) I never would have thought of. I also had the pleasure of meeting with Michelle and Laurie who were so kind and genuine as well as supportive when discussing extensions. I can't say enough good things about this salon. I feel like a queen when I leave the salon and the after hair glow stays with me for weeks and weeks! I am so excited to keep going to this salon and especially with Mackenzie as she is a perfectionist to the max, which is exactly what I want in my hair. I am so glad I found this amazing salon and such an exceptionally talented stylist! I look forward to every appointment to help me become the best version of myself. Thank you so much!
I had an amazing experience at Urban Texture Hair Studio! Isla did my hair and absolutely nailed the cherry cola colour I was hoping for. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, explained the process clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. The colour turned out rich, glossy, and exactly what I envisioned. You can tell Isla is incredibly skilled and passionate about her work. The studio itself has such a welcoming, relaxed vibe too. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Isla to anyone looking for expert colour work!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Jocelyn. She is truly the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. Every appointment with her is more than just getting my hair done—she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. Jocelyn pays attention to every detail and always takes the time to make sure the cut, colour, or style is exactly what I want (and honestly, usually better than what I imagined). She’s incredibly skilled, professional, and creative, but what sets her apart is her kindness and dedication. I never feel rushed, and she always makes sure I leave feeling confident and taken care of. If you’re looking for someone who truly puts their clients first and delivers exceptional results every single time, Jocelyn is the one. I’m so grateful to have found her!
