First time at Urban Waxx and it was the most pleasant experience with how professional, timely, skillful and friendly Amber was. She kindly asked me questions and checked regularly to ensure I was feeling good as I have extremely sensitive skin. The wax was just the right temperature and I do not have the typical redness or even the sligtest irritation. Thank you Amber and I look forward to coming again.
I am very pleased with the service, atmosphere and ambience. ALIYA was very professional and made sure I was informed on every step. My 57th birthday treat to me was a brow and full face wax treatment…. Absolutely glowing! I was shocked how there was minimal discomfort. Thank you Aliya for a great experience
