I recently had my rear bumper replaced on my 2024 BMW 330i at US Auto Connection, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. They did an excellent job matching the paint and replacing the left rear tail light, delivering results that exceeded my expectations. My car looks amazing!! You can’t tell that it had ever been hit and they returned my car to me washed/ detailed and completely clean on the inside. Way better than when I dropped it off. I recently worked with Chris Bostick as my collision service advisor for repairs on our company truck, and this time he assisted us with our Pilot. Chris provided a detailed rough estimate based on the pictures and video I sent over. However, when the car was disassembled, there were some damages that weren’t visible in the initial photos. What impressed me the most was Chris's ability to offer affordable suggestions that kept us within our budget for the repairs. I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the process. The turnaround time was impressive, and the workmanship on the repairs was outstanding! It’s worth noting that US Auto Connection is a family-owned business that treats its customers like family. While no one enjoys paying for collision repairs, I felt completely at ease knowing I was in good hands with US Auto Connection. US Auto Connection took care of my truck from beginning to end. This was my first accident and US Auto Connection made the process so easy. Cory(wrecker driver) was very polite and knowledgeable of the process of the repairing if my truck with US Auto Connection. Which was what made me choose US Auto Connection. The next morning Mike called and let me know an estimated completion date but also explained could take longer and would keep me up to date on everything. Which was fine because of the extent of damage and the insurance company taking its time. After speaking with Cory and Mike about my truck repairs I was completely comfortable choosing US Auto Connection for the repairs. I picked up my truck today and she looks brand new just like when I brought her. I will always use US Auto Connection in the future if needed. HIGHLY recommend US Auto Connection.
