Dr. Carley Buddenbaum was honestly the nicest doctor I've ever had! She was extremely personable and helpful. Everyone in the office was friendly also.
I have taken appointment at this place after seeing so many positive reviews. I visited Carla and followed the medications she suggested. I have registered on their online portal. I have called them, and left voice mail few times regarding some issue and did not get any call back for weeks. I have messaged them on one another issue on their portal. But did not get any response. So, I am left with no choice but to find some other doctor.
Dr Sander is not only very smart and skilled but is also very personable. You can actually talk to him. I had a great experience and look forward to a long relationship.
I have been seeing Dr Sander for almost 30 years. During this time, I have had 2 basal cell carcinomas removed from my nose. This past March Dr. Sander removed a carcinoma from my thigh. A week later I received a call back saying the carcinoma was completely removed. Last month in October during my six-month checkup another biopsy on my back was removed to be checked. Two weeks later I had still not heard back from anyone in the office. I called and left voice mail asking for someone to call me. No one answers the phone when you call, anytime of the day, no one picks, you have to keep leaving a message at the same number. When the office does call you back, they leave a message telling you to call the same number where no one ever picks up. I have left messages to please leave a voice mail, send an email or letter telling me the results of the biopsy. It is now November; I am still waiting on the results.
Top-notch dermatology office. Excellent scheduling and administration. Personable, polite, efficient and they seem quite qualified. Recommended.
