Love shopping here for any furniture we need for the house. We have bought many things like bedframes, table set, dressers and couches. All these things have been made very well and have been through a lot but still hold up nicely. The quality of the bedframes we have bought are great and the prices are amazing. We always find a great deal. On our last visit, Lisa was amazing, she was so patient and so helpful at the same time. She gave us great ideas and options as well as kept in mind the price range and what we were looking for. Always a great place to shop for furniture.
I purchased a beautiful recliner set from Value City and I am extremely pleased with my salesperson and the professional delivery team. It fits in a back room beautifully and it is extremely comfortable! The entire transaction was fantastic!

Excellent service. Delivery was great. Lisa at the Lynnhaven branch is an excellent associate. Ask for her for great service. This has been a humbling experience after loosing everything to a fire. Lisa was there to pick up my world. She listen as I depressed. She was a comfort to listening to me as I detailed my style. I laid away everything until my house was completed. They kept me up on all sales and discounts. Those delivery guys are gurus. They are no joke . They are professional and quick. I had to provide them lunch with all of my pieces. My next purchase will be with VCF Virginia Beach lynnhaven. All my friends will ask for lisa.
This Value City store has definitely seen better days. The lighting inside isn’t great and some of the displays are oddly out together and do not match. The furniture is still good though and they have a lot of good options at affordable prices. The sales people do get you right at the door but after we explained that we were just looking, they backed off and, as far as I know, they didn’t follow us around the store. They have a really large clearance section at the back of this store, so if you’re into that, then I would highly recommend checking it out. There are two rooms though and one (on the back right of the store) is smaller than the one at the middle/back left side of the store.
