I’ve been going here for YEARS and the fall from grace this thrift/chain has had. The rebrand and rewards change was the first sign. You used to get a 50% coupon after 10 $10 stamps ($100 spent). Now you get $5 off after that same $100. The prices are absolutely ridiculous. A dollar store basket (still had the sticker on) for $2.25, an extremely used wicker basket for $8, a cat food bowl for $9. And you can see the other reviews for clothing. Truly disappointing and disturbing.
I will never shop at this location again. They have used worn hoodies priced at $28 and lots of clothing priced just below what it would cost to buy brand new. This is outrageous these are donated used clothes and they are trying to get retail prices for them. Unbelievable!!
Some decent findings here but a lot of prices here are ridiculous for a thrift store. A used Old Navy denim jacket for $45? I went online and saw it was cheaper at Old Navy. Thrift stores need to be accessible to everyone.
Older ladies here are so rude and don’t even acknowledge you at all. I waited 3 minutes in line and another woman approached the jewelry case and they helped her first. Grabbed her jewelry and checked her out in line. Neither of us had spoken but she spoke to her first. Didn’t even make eye contact with me or my sister. When we finally checked out (my sister did) she just glared at me and gave her her total when the lady in front of her had an entire conversation with her. 0/10 don’t recommend because they have ugly attitudes
Overpriced and disorganized. It gets 2 stars for having good variety. The items were not priced well. A used sweatshirt that is a Walmart brand was $8. And it was well-used. My husband found a pair of pants that were used and they were $16. The clothes are grouped by color but you have to go through each item to look at the size. Not very practical. There were a lot of clothes. Not much in housewares or electronics. And what was there was (again) overpriced. A George Foreman grill (that would be $5-$6 at Goodwill) was $18! A coffee maker without the carafe was $10.
