First and foremost Maria L., the dispatcher was so helpful, kind and was so thorough on follow through! Secondly, both Ty and Patrick, the delivery gentlemen, came and delivered our recliner and then came back again when we discovered a problem. They were so kind, quick, pleasant and efficient and they discovered the problem and all is fixed. Thank you Maria, Ty and Patrick! It is our pleasure and the chair is great! Diane & Jim
I had Feathers Sofa at the first time but I wanted to change to bigger size and lower one. So I exchanged to Loft Sofa. I was very very satisfied with delivery service. They are super nice and helpful with fast movement. Also customer service was awesome. With texting and emailing for communication got responding in short time. I really loved Valyou Furniture company. I am recommending to people to go check out if they are looking something. I am very satisfied with my Loft Sofa. The quality is great compare to price. Also my dog loves it. Thank you Valyou Furniture.
We are very happy with our feathers sectional. We haven't had it for too long so I can't speak for durability but it is really comfortable to sit and lounge on. Apparently the warehouse likes to send one decorative pillow in a different color which was very confusing. It is a nice gesture but I would suggest stating it somewhere because I do not remember seeing anywhere that there was a “complementary pillow”. So it was very and I even reached out to customer service to see what they could do but they never got back to me. Which brings me to why I only gave 4 stars even though I am happy with our couch. When I bought the couch a customer service representative said our couch would ship at a certain day. When the day arrived and we still hadn't heard anything from Valyou regarding our shipment I reached out to customer service. Instead of providing an estimate of when the couch would ship they would only say that I would hear back from them "soon" "your couch will ship soon". I would much rather have clear communication and an honest estimate (even if it takes longer) and have the company own up to their mistakes than having to guess when our couch might ship. All in all, we are happy with the feathers sectional! It was easy to assemble since the couch comes in two big pieces and only needs to be snapped together.
I’m more than happy with my service and my couch. Maria was a great salesperson. She answered all my questions, provided me with great information about the couch I was interested in, and setup a quick delivery date for me. She also checked in with me after the delivery to make sure I was happy. That’s excellent customer service. My delivery guys, Austin and Paris, were excellent. They were professional, friendly, and really quick assembling my couch. They took extra care to make sure my couch looked great and my floors weren’t damaged. I would highly recommend Valyou Furniture, Maria, Austin, and Paris. They all exceeded my expectations. Thank you so much!!!
I needed a couch for a staging job and Valyou was open by appointment. I selected the valong sectional in the beige and purchased it. The fabric was very soft and the couch was the right size for the space. I was a little worried it would be too low to the ground but it came out to be perfect for this job. It was also lightweight to move around easily. I attached some pictures of the final room and I was pleasantly surprised with the quick delivery and turn over of this company. I'm glad I took a chance on them. I have another job coming up and I plan to purchase another one of their sofas for it. Thanks to Maria who was super helpful and Sweetheart who was very quick to book my delivery. Very happy with this purchase.
