My experience with Dr Jake has been phenomenal..I was so thrilled with my 1st session of face CO2 light that I can’t wait to see my final results after just finishing the 2nd CO2 treatment..Dr Jake took my concerns and addressed them with such a professional can-do attitude that made everything not only possible but easy..Dr Jake was happy to help me by performing an ablative treatment for my eye area and a light CO2 for the rest of my face..Dr Jake organised a cost effective package that included picoway for my décolletage and this area has seen dramatic improvements by reducing the redness and freckling..thanks to the beautiful Emily..super glad I did the drive to Newcastle..thanks Dr Jake and thanks Emily and all your wonderful staff..sooooo worth it 🙌
Had my consultation appointment with Rachel today she is incredibly knowledgeable and honest about how treatment results would likely turn out. Gave me recommendations for how best to proceed and gave me contacts of others who would be able to assist me to achieve the results I was looking for in relation to my acne scarring Would 100% recommend to anyone and will be recommending her to my friends for an honest, reliable and professional consultation and treatment journey.
The whole clinic is so beautiful, the ambiance is very relaxing. Dr Jake is very approachable, and very knowledgeable about the procedures offered. Everything was clean and I was very happy with my results.
