Very slow service. Supervising physician was not on site the day I was there. Very inflexible on pricing if uninsured or under-insured. Staff is very busy and therefore very impatient. I will never go back.
So I've been here twice. Both times it was clean, the staff were very professional, and service was impeccable. Since I had been there before, no paperwork was necessary. After a short wait time, I was in and out with a prescription for antibiotics. I recommend Vermont Urgent care for immediate help in an emergency.
I went there for the first time a few days ago and I had the best experience. The staff is amazing very competent, good people skills and I got the best treatment. I will definitely go back if I need to.

It was my first time going there and the check in process was quick. To see the doctor took like less then 10 mins and I was out of there quick. The medications I’m in for my finger is working and I’m only on day 2. Super kind and generous staff.
