I've just start going to Vibras Wellness for a couple of weeks now, and I absolutely love the experience. Pilates is hard and intense, and it's definitely not for everyone. But I think the reward will be well worth it. Diana is knowledgeable and very attentive during the session. I look forward to having more sessions with her.
This is my first time ever trying out Pilates and I absolutely fell in love. She is such an amazing teacher and explains everything super well! She has a lot of patience with me being a beginner. The confidence I’ve built with myself since starting Pilates is amazing. You will definitely NOT regret taking classes with Diana! 🫶🏽 On the plus side, I love the small changes I’ve seen in my body since starting! 💕
These are fabulous Pilates classes located in the mid-cities! I have been taking classes since April 2022 and my strength and coordination have greatly approved. I love getting to use all the Pilates equipment - it makes working out fun, but also challenging! And the instructor, Diana, is amazing. She is so kind and encouraging! I highly recommend these Pilates classes.
