In celebration of a 65th birthday, I ordered a large red/white roses combo. I placed my order online. Web site was easy to navigate and ordering process was smooth. Ordering confirmation was forwarded quickly. Updates were provided as needed. My order was ready on-time and as scheduled. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly and flowers were packaged securely. Very courteous staff. Very satisfied with my flowers.
I can’t say enough good things about this florist! They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! The arrangement they delivered was absolutely stunning exactly what I had hoped for and more. What really impressed me was that they took the time to personally call me afterward to make sure I was happy with everything. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
I had came in on a Sunday morning to get an arrangement done for my future mother in law. I had no vision but saw this butterfly statue I fell in love with. The florist suggested we build the bouquet around it. I was FLOORED! This was above and beyond anything I would’ve ever dreamed of! It was so special and so unique to the recipient. I even got to help!!
I purchased the designers choice - bright and beautiful - for my wife. It was stunning and fit for our 40th anniversary. It was delivered to our hotel with no issues. Great job.
