The Vivida staff were all polite and professional. To have the surgery I had I never once felt concerned for their expertise. Thank you to Dr. Fife for the care and making me feel at ease during the surgery. Playing my favorite music during the stitch time was appreciated.
I love vivida so much. They’ve never steered me wrong. All the providers I’ve met with have always been very kind and do their job amazingly. I love it here so much that I’ve come back even when I didn’t have insurance and had to pay out of pocket. Highly recommend this place !
Best experience by far with a team of doctors And staff and felt so calm and welcomed … 100 stars for all of them. The gal that stitched me up was a pro. And my Dr …Mac Machan … top notch .. my boo boo looks great and his bedside manner was Excellant ..and messaged me that evening asking how i was going. No one does that anymore. Old school doctoring. Love it and love them!!!
Appointments are always on time, staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I get all my issues and questions taken care of. I feel like they truly care! Would highly recommend and I have been a patient there for over 12 years.
I’ve been coming to Vivida Clinics (Sunset location) and while Spencer is absolutely great — professional, skilled, and courteous — the rest of the staff are a complete disappointment. They’re unorganized, unprofessional, and lack basic politeness and class. I arrived early for my appointment, yet ended up waiting more than an hour because the front desk staff forgot to check me in. When I followed up, there was no apology or accountability — just blank stares and indifference. The only person who showed genuine courtesy was Spencer, who personally apologized even though the delay wasn’t his fault. It’s unfortunate because Spencer’s work is excellent, but the rest of the experience completely ruins it. If you value professionalism and respect for your time, I suggest finding another clinic. Vivida Sunset doesn’t deserve your business until they learn how to treat patients properly.
