Amber is absolutely amazing! She has cut my daughter's SUPER curly hair twice now. The first was a trim and it was fabulous, but the second time took her hair from shoulder length to an almost pixie cut. I would t have trusted anyone else other than Amber in working with her hair. She knew exactly what to do, how to cut it, styling tips...everything! Hands down the best for curly hair!!!! ❤️❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An absolute gem — hands down the best salon experience in Huntsville (or anywhere)! From the moment you pull up, you can tell this place is different. The newly renovated exterior looks like something straight out of a luxury city spa — it honestly makes you forget you’re even in Huntsville. Then you walk inside and it’s pure elegance: sparkling chandeliers, warm gold details, and that “I’ve arrived somewhere special” feeling. And the true cherry on top? Jessica. I’ve spent 25 years searching for someone I could confidently say, “Yes — this is where I get my hair done,” and finally, I’ve found her. Every single visit, my hair comes out absolutely perfect. Beyond her skill, Jessica has this rare combination of professionalism, warmth, and genuine care — she makes every client feel seen, special, and beautiful. Watching her work with others, you see the same friendliness and effortless high-end touch that sets her apart. She’s truly magnificent. For my second visit, I came back for makeup, and Amber completely nailed it. She respected my age, skin texture, and preferences while still making me feel radiant and confident. The makeup was flawless — elegant, timeless, and exactly right for my lunch party. She’s such a fantastic addition to the salon’s team. I had my first experience with a curly hair stylist, and I really enjoyed it. Amber was very sweet, and she shared some tips of how I could get better results with my hair. I am definitely going back!!

CHARGING BY THE HOUR AT A RATE OF $114/hr. I was asked to pay over $400 for a cut and color because the owner of this salon has decided to "revolutionize" her pricing structure (this essentially means charging by the hour based on what she believes to be one's experience. Of course, she placed herself at the top of this structure). I was not made aware of this new "revolutionary" pricing standard until I got to the counter. I felt deceived and truly hurt, especially considering I felt like I knew and trusted this stylist. When all was said and done, the total came to $547.64 cents (this included the aforementioned services, two products, and a tip that I should not have left). I felt so awkward, embarrassed, and hurt at the counter that I did not contest it. A few days later, I called Jessica and asked her why a cut and color with a few products would ever come close to $500. She sounded like she had a memorized response to give me which included a refund of a third of the price. That being said, I had already tipped on the FULL amount, so again, I felt tricked. She insulted me further by explaining that she'd be happy to put me with a cheaper stylist that I could afford if I couldn't "understand her value". I felt like her entire speech was haughty and distasteful. She should be lifting up her other stylists, not touting how she clearly should be at a higher rate. Also, I did not ask for a "FULL BLONDING," I asked for a light brown color. My hair makes me look like Storm from X-Men. I literally look like a comic book character. I have to try to cover it up with clip in hair that's a normal color. What's so sickening to me about this whole thing is that we even had lunch together while my foils were in. Meanwhile, she's charging me for all of this time while she's not actually doing anything but sitting there? BOTTOM LINE: IF you choose to give this salon a try, MAKE SURE TO ASK EXACTLY HOW MUCH YOU ARE GOING TO BE CHARGED AND GET IT IN WRITING PRIOR TO THE SERVICE! This is not the kind of treatment that I would expect from a salon that is trying to be "high quality." This is not New York, NY or Los Angeles, CA...this isn't Beverly Hills...it's Huntsville, AL. Trying to charge over $500 for a haircut, color, and two products is completely off-the-charts. The haughty speech afterwards was even worse. I'm not sure if she's listening to some kind of TikTok "business coach" or something but deceiving your clients is not the way to make money. What's odd about all of this is that I would have helped her if she had asked me! If she was struggling to pay bills or needed help, I would have just helped her. She didn't need to deceive a loyal client. All of that being said, there are so many salons in Huntsville that do a wonderful job and are completely upfront about their pricing. I would recommend going anywhere else.

I had an incredible massage and enjoyed a blowout while my husband had his massage. The massage was incredibly relaxing, with just the right amount of pressure to ease all my tension and leave me feeling completely rejuvenated. Joy, our massage therapist, was attentive and skilled, making sure I was comfortable throughout. Afterward, the blowout from Amber was flawless, my hair looked shiny, smooth, and voluminous. The entire experience was top-notch, and I left feeling pampered and refreshed. Highly recommend this combination for the ultimate self-care treat!
