Tucker was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From day one, her communication was incredibly consistent and thoughtful. We had weekly meetings for months, and she made the entire planning process feel organized and very approachable. I always felt supported and completely confident that nothing was slipping through the cracks. What truly sets Tucker apart is her creative and artistic vision. She helped me hone ideas into a cohesive, meaningful design that felt deeply personal to us. Her philosophy was never about throwing “just a party,” but about creating a wedding that honored our relationship and commitment. She took the time to understand what mattered most to us and found beautiful, intentional ways to express that throughout the day. Tucker is endlessly patient, caring, and genuinely invested in her couples. She was always ready with guidance, reassurance, and solutions—especially when challenges came up. Her problem-solving skills and vendor communication are truly next level, and she handled every detail. On the day of the wedding, her execution was nothing short of exceptional. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Everything ran smoothly, felt effortless, and looked absolutely beautiful. And if anything didn’t go as planned, I’ll probably never know—because Tucker absorbed all the stress, coordination, and behind-the-scenes chaos so we could simply be present and enjoy every moment. I cannot recommend Tucker and W Events enough. She is a rare combination of creative talent, organization, and heart, and we are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding truly unforgettable.

It’s hard to put into words the appreciation that my new husband and I have for Tucker, Priscilla, the whole W Events team. Tucker was a god send to us planning a wedding in Georgia while we lived in Virginia. She advocated for us, kept us informed every step of the way, made sure we were comfortable with every decision we made. If your are planning a wedding look no further than W Events, and if she is available, ask for Tucker.
This was the best experience from start to finish! Tucker was the absolute BEST and made sure everything was taken care of. I had absolutely NO stress the day of the wedding thanks to the W Events team! We received so many compliments and it was because we actually had time and energy to think of every detail, since Tucker and the team had everything else covered. Every meeting I felt like Tucker fully understood my vision and she made sure it came to life. She happily took my random questions, handled vendor communication (even after the wedding), brought new ideas, and most importantly became a friend. The day of the wedding she made sure that even if something didn’t go as planned, we still had smiles on our faces and an action plan. She made sure clean up happened, saved items for us to keep without us having to ask, and included time to hug us goodbye at the end of the night. Thank you W Events for bringing our dream wedding to our reality!!!
Tucker made for the smoothest wedding planning journey I could imagine! I was nervous this would be a stressful time, but she guided us through each step and was very punctual when things were supposed to be done by which made for a stress free week leading up to our wedding. Would totally recommend this company to future brides!
